What is the difference between the Free Space and the Free Space Pro II?
The standard Free Space uses high-quality electret condenser capsules, while the Pro II model features integrated DPA 4060 capsules for a lower noise floor and a more natural frequency response, ideal for professional studio environments.
Do I need phantom power to use 3Dio microphones?
The Free Space Pro II and XLR models require 48V phantom power. However, our standard Free Space model runs on an internal 9V battery and can be connected directly to devices with a 3.5mm input without phantom power.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We ship globally via DHL and FedEx. International orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times.
What is your return policy for electronic equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all 3Dio microphones. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Can I mount my 3Dio microphone on a standard tripod?
Yes, all 3Dio microphones come equipped with a standard 5/8" thread adapter and a 1/4"-20 tripod mount hole, making them compatible with almost all microphone stands and camera tripods.
